2. Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery for refund.
When returning items please include proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 30 days.

3. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

4. Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for returns: discounted items.
Order Cancellation & Modifications: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team before shipping the item at care@snuzoo.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at care@snuzoo.com. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement or refund of your order.
